I AM HERE TO HELP YOU REMEMBER THE BEST DAYS.
I have always been drawn to old black-and-white photos, particularly from an old family album or a history textbook. I remember seeing a photo of my grandmother when she was in her early 20’s and thinking how beautiful (and young!) she was. I have no idea who took that photo, but it resonated with me because I felt like I was with her in that happy moment. Even though I wasn’t born yet, I felt a sense of connection to her that was both special and nostalgic. It was like I was transported into time.
That image continues to inspire me as a wedding photographer, and my mission is to give you photos that leave you feeling the same way. As your wedding photographer, I will truly get to know you so I can tell YOUR story in a way that highlights your unique personalities on one of the most significant days of your life.
My approach to wedding photography is to not only capture heartfelt images of you and your loved one but also to give you a great experience. You are not just another date on my calendar. I am 100% there for you - before, during, and after.
When you work with me, I usually dive right in because I never want to miss a single moment! Initially, I’ll appear to blend right into my surroundings so I can focus on the raw, organic moments of you getting ready or those small details we don’t want to miss! But when the time comes, l’ll pull you away for some gorgeous portraits and fun bridal shots before the party gets started!
I work best with couples who are fun and light-hearted, and who don’t mind if the bottom of their dress (or pants!) get a little dirty in order to get the most amazing shots. Truthfully, I tend I gravitate more towards smaller, more intimate weddings but there is also something to be said about larger weddings as well! Regardless, I’ll work closely with you to come up with a timeline for the day that suits your needs. At the end of the day (or evening, I should say), I love capturing love in a way that is special and means something to you.
The process:
I. Book the date.
First, let's chat! I want to know all the details. How you met, where you're from, and what your dream wedding looks like. Next, we will book your date!
II. Take photos.
I'll be in touch leading up to your big day, and when that day comes all you have to do is sit back and let me get to work! I'll be sure to document it all - from the smallest of details to the big show-stopping moments!
III. Deliver memories.
You'll then receive your full gallery via an online platform, and from there you will have unlimited downloads and easy sharing capabilities!
Pricing.
Pricing depends on a lot of different factors, particularly what type of service you are looking for and the amount of coverage you want. Engagement sessions start at $600. Traditional wedding packages start at $1,800 for minimal coverage up to $6,000 for more extensive coverage. On average, couples typically spend about $4,000 for a traditional wedding day.
