Hi there! I am Heather - I'm honored to be your wedding photographer!

I am a proud New England Native living in the Midwest with my husband and three small kids, although I lost my accent somewhere between Boston and Chicago. I'm a bit of a coffee snob (yet faithful to Dunkin') and if you run into me I'm likely to be wearing a Sox hat (Red, not White). I love raw oysters, anything outdoors, and I'd likely win a gold in parallel parking. I don't watch a lot of tv, but if I could star in any two shows they would be The Office and Modern Family.

I'm also an Occupational Therapist, and I have always found 'My Why' in helping others. When I'm not shooting a wedding, I'm often chasing my kids, plotting my move back east, and/or thinking of my next home project.

I discovered a new and deep love for photography shortly after my first son was born because I wanted to preserve everything I could about him. I also wanted to tell his story, and to give him an opportunity to pass down his photos to his own family someday.

Our photographs are our history. Our own unique story. As we get older, our memories of those moments fade and our photographs will be all that are left to hold onto.

My passion for photography quickly transpired into wedding photography. Telling love stories in a way that is unique and personal brings me a lot of joy. And I love to spread it :)
